When teams run a quality practice per PV Baseball guidelines, each player can achieve 250 to 350 swings or more per event or hourly session!
How It Works:
Unlike other facilities that might give you access to one or two cages with no information about how to practice....we give you EVERYTHING you need & teach the enitre team how to hold the best practice possible!
